What Sevaki Does

Sevaki connects you with trusted service providers (like plumbers, electricians, cleaners, etc.). We help you book and pay, but the actual service is done by independent professionals.

Using Sevaki

• You must be 18 years or older to use our platform.
• Keep your account details safe – you’re responsible for any activity on your account.
• Use Sevaki only for lawful purposes.

Bookings & Payments

• Service charges and any taxes will be shown before you confirm.
• Payment is through our app/website using secure methods.
• Cancellation and refund rules depend on the service booked and will be shown at checkout.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide correct information (like address and contact details).
• Treat service providers respectfully.
• Don’t bypass Sevaki to directly hire providers for services you found through us.

Service Providers

• Professionals are independent contractors, not Sevaki employees.
• We try to verify and maintain quality, but Sevaki isn’t responsible for the exact work done.

Privacy

Your data is handled as per our [Privacy Policy]. We use it only to provide and improve services.

Limit of Liability

We aim to give you a smooth experience but can’t guarantee 100% error-free services. If something goes wrong, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Ending or Changing Service

• We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the platform.
• Terms may change from time to time. We’ll update the “Last Updated” date when that happens.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Hyderabad.
